These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions governing the use of this website operated by KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD (“Website”) and any content, materials, tools, client portals, public discussion areas, or services made available on or through the Website and/or related applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

About the Company
KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD is a DevOps and cloud engineering consulting company providing professional services including, but not limited to, cloud architecture design, DevOps consulting, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, and related advisory and implementation services.
Access and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Platform. By using the Platform, You represent and warrant that You meet this requirement and that You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, if it believes You have violated this Agreement.
Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes, including:
Reviewing Company information and service offerings
Contacting the Company for consulting or advisory engagements
Accessing materials explicitly made available by the Company
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with other users.
Client Materials and Content
For the purpose of this Agreement, “Company Content” includes all text, documents, designs, graphics, logos, methodologies, service descriptions, software, code samples, diagrams, and other materials published or provided by the Company through the Platform.
Access to certain materials may require You to submit contact information or enter into a separate commercial agreement.
License to Use
The Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Company Content solely for informational and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works from Company Content
Use Company Content for commercial purposes without written consent
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
Remove or alter proprietary notices
Mirror or redistribute Company Content on other platforms
This license automatically terminates upon violation of this Agreement.
Communications and Public Areas
The Platform may include public or semi-public communication features. Any information You choose to share is done at Your own risk.
You represent that You own or have the necessary rights to any content You submit. The Company is not responsible for user-submitted content or for actions taken based on such content.
By submitting content, You grant KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and operational purposes.
Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or system interference
Upload malicious software or harmful code
Post defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content
Impersonate individuals or organizations
Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, methodologies, designs, documents, and software, is owned by or licensed to KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD (“Company Intellectual Property”).
Nothing in this Agreement grants You ownership rights to any Company Intellectual Property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback You provide to the Company may be used by KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD without restriction or compensation. You waive any intellectual property claims related to such feedback.
Payments and Commercial Engagements
Any consulting services, fees, payment terms, and refund conditions are governed by separate written agreements executed between the Company and the client. Information displayed on the Platform does not constitute a binding commercial offer unless explicitly stated.
Payments, where applicable, are processed through third-party providers. The Company does not store sensitive payment information.
Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet specific business requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRISAT INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Indemnification

Miscellaneous
The Company may update these Terms at any time
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
You may not assign this Agreement without written consent
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable
The Company is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control
